In-person vehicle inspection at a CityRyde hub. Safety, cleanliness, and fitness certificate checked.
Mandatory 20-40 minutes safety and conduct training including sexual harassment prevention modules.
Every active CityRyde driver undergoes annual background rechecks, vehicle re-inspection, & safety training refreshers.
